Solo Music Career

Victoria released her debut single on the 14th August 2000.

It was called Out of your Mind and reached number 2 in the UK.

It was made in conjunction with UK Garage outfit Dane Bowers and the Truesteppers.

To date Victoria has had four top 10 singles.

During her solo career she has been signed to both Virgin Records and Telstar.

The second single Victoria released was Not Such an Innocent Girl. The release coincided with Kylie Minogue’s Can’t Get You Out of My Head and entered the charts at number 6.

Her first album, Victoria Beckham, reached number one in Australia, number 10 in the UK and number 11 in the US.

Damon Dash worked with Victoria on her second album. When asked why, he replied “I’ve seen how much she get photographed”!

The first single off her second album reached number 3 in the UK.

The album itself however was never released, as the record label went bust.
